Hardware Key Drivers
Hardware key drivers are pieces of software that
communicate with the hardware key, which makes using the key more
reliable and less prone to problems. Using these drivers can solve
problems on certain system configurations with the hardware key.
They are required on Windows NT / 2000 / XP / Vista, as well as when using
a USB key on any platform.
Key Problems
If you are having trouble with a new USB
key, you are running Windows NT / 2000 / XP, or you are having any
other key related problems, please download a new key driver, below:
Run this program to install the latest key drivers. Reboot after installing.
Diagnostic Tools
We offer some additional diagnostic tools from the manufacturer of the key, to help fix problems using the key:
- Sentinel Medic, which detects the presence of the key without using Aries Graphics products at all.
- Cleanup tool, which removes old-style key drivers from the system, which can prevent the newest drivers from installing.
